  • 1/ 2 avocado, mashed
  • squeeze of lime
  • 1 slice rye bread, toasted
  • Chili flakes
  • Za’atar
  • 2 slices halloumi
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add halloumi slices to the pan and fry on each side until golden.

  • Step 2

    Spread mashed avocado onto the toasted bread. Sprinkle with lime juice, za’atar, and chili flakes. Top with fried halloumi.
