I love the sound of this healthy treat as a to-go breakfast and/or something fun to kick off a long ride. I think I'll take @GillieHouston's suggestion to add peanut butter to the base!

1/2 cup gluten free oats
2 Tbsp almond flour
1 mashed ripe medium banana
1 Tbsp agave or honey, plus more for serving
Greek yogurt, for serving
Berries, for serving
Preheat oven to 375F.
Flatten into cookie form on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Note: You can also add peanut butter or flavored protein powders to the above recipe.
