  • 1 cup fresh parsley, stems removed
  • 1 cup packed fresh basil
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons green hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 box pasta, cooked according to package directions


  • Step 1

    To make the green sauce, combine all ingredients (except for the pasta) in a food processor. Blend until a smooth sauce forms.

  • Step 2

    Toss cooked pasta in the green sauce.
