ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley, stems removed
- 1 cup packed fresh basil
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 - 2 tablespoons green hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 box pasta, cooked according to package directions
Method
Step 1
To make the green sauce, combine all ingredients (except for the pasta) in a food processor. Blend until a smooth sauce forms.
Step 2
Toss cooked pasta in the green sauce.
