Fried Egg Breakfast Taco

"Breakfast tacos forever and always ✌🏼 also just here to tell you that chili infused olive oil drizzled over your eggs is the best. i get mine from a local company sold at whole foods! tortilla torched on the stove and topped with refried beans and lots of crispy kale. happy friday friends!"

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup refried beans
  • 1 handful of kale
  • Chili-infused olive oil, for drizzling


  • Step 1

    Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Cook the egg until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside

  • Step 2

    Place the tortilla over the burner until crispy and toasted, about 1-2 minutes a side. Top with refried beans, kale, the fried egg, and a drizzle of chili-infused olive oil.
