Frozen Dark Chocolate Dipped Bananas

"my fav summer sweet treat at the moment! frozen dark chocolate dipped bananas... salted coconut. cacao nib & bee pollen. and rose flavours! they are so easy to make and store in the freezer ready for when you need them. simply cut bananas in half, insert a popsicle stick, dip into melted dark chocolate (I like to do two coats), sprinkle over the toppings, and place in the freezer overnight. you could also freeze the bananas first and then coat them in the melted chocolate as this will help the chocolate set faster creating a thicker coating. enjoy! what would be your ideal frozen banana topping?! Ingredients:

4 bananas

1 cup dark chocolate, melted

Toppings of choice (coconut flakes, chopped nuts, etc)

Directions:

Cut bananas in half, insert popsicle stick into bottom and dip in chocolate. 

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in freezer. 

Once chocolate hardens (5-10 mins), remove from freezer and dip in chocolate again. 

Return to baking sheet and sprinkle with desired toppings.

Freeze for additional 30-60 mins. Store in airtight container in freezer.
