"Honestly, I could drink Negroni Biancos all day, every day. But for today’s post I branched out with a sparkling cocktail. To take advantage of the Bitter Bianco’s lack of color, I changed up the usual Negroni Sbagliato recipe so that I could include some beautiful purple @empressgin1908. Ok actually I had never made a Negroni Sbagliato and for some reason I thought it was gin, Campari, and prosecco rather than vermouth, Campari, and prosecco but by the time I found out I was too excited about my purple cocktail to change my mind. Thus the name."

- 1 ounce Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 2 ounces Prosecco
Method
Step 1
Stir gin and Luxardo with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with dried orchid petals.
