Spaghetti and Meatball Bolognese

"Never have I ever loved a weeknight restaurant fake-out so much. A few years ago we went to a super fancy Italian place for our anniversary and had bolognese. It was incredible, had been simmered for hours, contained house-rolled pasta, all of it. ⁠ Ain't nobody got time for that. It also cost like $40, which is a lot for pasta and ground meat.⁠ So this dinner was born! It's a quickie marinara (use jarred if you want!) with some chunky carrots and frozen mini meatballs because we don't want the frozen mini meatball company to feel bad about themselves, do we? ⁠ ⁠ Then cream.
