"✨ CRANBERRY GOLDEN MYLK BLISS BALLS ✨ I got a little creative with a @purely_elizabeth cranberry pumpkin seed oatmeal cup to make these golden mylk-inspired bliss balls ? They're a perfect afternoon pick me up or healthy evening treat! Full recipe will be below but a printable version is also up on my blog (link in bio)! If you need me, I'll be lying on my couch poppin these like candy and basking in all my anti-inflammatory greatness ? { RECIPE ?? Makes about 17 Ingredients: 1 cup soaked dates // 1 travel cup Purely Elizabeth Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Ancient Grain Oatmeal // ½ cup almond meal // 2 tbsp dried cranberries // 1 ½ tsp turmeric // ½ tsp cinnamon // ¼ tsp black pepper // ½ tsp cardamom Directions: Pit dates and soak in hot water for 10-15 minutes // In a medium bowl, mix the oatmeal cup, almond meal, dried spices, and cranberries together // Drain the dates, but save the water // In a small blender or food processor, blend the soaked dates until a paste forms. If the mixture is still chunky, add the date water in 1 tbsp increments until it can be blended smooth (I used 2 tbsp) // Add the date paste into the dry ingredients and stir well // Use a 1 tbsp measure to form individual balls. It helps to have your hands wet for this! // If you would like to roll the balls in any additional coatings, do so now. Shredded coconut, hemp seeds, chia seeds, or cacao nibs would be great options // Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week }#CreativeOatsContest"
