A Note from Feedfeed

Breakfast plates are an easy peasy way to get the day started.  Two eggs - sunny side up, mushrooms, and cinnamon raisin toast can all come together in about 10 minutes! Perfect for a busy morning when you're rushing out the door or to your computer.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 slice of cinnamon raisin bread, toasted
  • 1/2 small avocado, thinly sliced
  • Handful of berries
  • Hot Sauce, to taste
  • Dill, for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  • Step 1

    In a skillet heat one tablespoon of olive oil and fry the eggs until the whites have just set and the yolks are still runny. Remove from pan.

  • Step 2

    Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and serve with toasted bread, sliced avocado, and berries. Garnish with dill and drizzle hot sauce as desired.
