"Sweet chilli and soy salmon on a bed of Moroccan couscous. A sprinkling of gold salt (optional 😉) .... Quick and easy and tasty, three words for busy week day dinners; this entire meal is assembled in minutes and a short stint in the oven. Sweet chilli sauce marinaded salmon; you can make your own sauce or use shop bought; the Moroccan flavoured couscous was gifted by @weetons_harrogate to which I threw in some extra diced peppers and onion.
