ingredients
- 3 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces sugar syrup
- 3 passionfruit pulp
- 4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup passionfruit liqueur
- 375 millileters cava
Method
Step 1
Half fill your pitcher with ice. Add the vodka, sugar syrup, passionfruit pulp, lime juice, pineapple juice, liquor & chopped fruit
Step 2
Top it up with some delicious cava, mix it up and serve. Adjust to your own taste by adding extra lime juice, pineapple juice or sugar syrup.
Step 3
Use a strainer to pour into glasses unless you don’t mind a few passionfruit seeds. Serve with a wedge of passionfruit
