ingredients
- 2 fresh mackerel
- 1 sliced lime
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- To Taste salt, pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan. Put a few lime slices and bay leaves into the cavity of each fish. Season well.
Step 2
Drizzle over the olive oil and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with fresh watermelon.
