ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven at 350° F

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl mash the 3 bananas, add the eggs, greek yogurt, sugars and sunflower oil. Mix until combined.

  • Step 3

    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  • Step 4

    Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Combine but do not over mix. Incorporate the chopped walnuts.

  • Step 5

    Bake in a large bundt pan for 50-55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

  • Step 6

    Drizzle the caramel sauce on top
