  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 450ºF with 6 inch cast iron skillet inside. Blend eggs, milk, flour, and vanilla in blender until batter is all combined.

  • Step 2

    When oven is preheated, pull out skillet and throw 3 tablespoons butter in it and swirl it around, coating the skillet.

  • Step 3

    Immediately pour batter into skillet and bake for 13-17.5 minutes until edges are golden brown. Top with everything you desire and chow down.
