We love all the toasts @foodmymuse creates! This toast is made with tomatoey butter spread over ciabatta, toasted until crisp, and then topped with salty prosciutto and creamy burrata.

ingredients
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (preferably Kerrygold), at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices ciabatta
- 4 2 ounce burrata balls (Belgioioso)
- 8 thin slices prosciutto
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Chives, for garnish
- Flakey sea salt, for sprinkling
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Step 2
Combine butter, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and Parmigiano.
Step 3
Spread evenly on each slice of bread.
Step 4
Bake for 13-15 min. Note: Check at 10 minutes to make sure it isn't burning.
Step 5
Remove from oven and add prosciutto, and burrata. Cut burrata open.
Step 6
Drizzle with olive oil, black pepper, flaky sea salt & chives.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
