ingredients

  • 6 slices Gluten-free/Grain-free Bread
  • To Taste Sea Salt
  • 1 whole Organic Avocado
  • 6 slices Smoked Salmon
  • To Taste Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • To Taste Black Pepper
  • To Taste Coriander

Method

  • Step 1

    Scoop the avocado center and mix in a bowl with sea salt, extra-virgin olive oil and black pepper (optional).

  • Step 2

    Toast the both slices of bread in a pan. Alternatively, you can use a toaster.

  • Step 3

    Add the avocado mash on the bread.

  • Step 4

    Sear the smoked salmon in a pan for 1 minute each side.

  • Step 5

    Add the salmon on top of the avocado mash.

  • Step 6

    Season with extra-virgin olive oil and fresh coriander.
