Avocado and Salmon Toast

ingredients
- 6 slices Gluten-free/Grain-free Bread
- To Taste Sea Salt
- 1 whole Organic Avocado
- 6 slices Smoked Salmon
- To Taste Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- To Taste Black Pepper
- To Taste Coriander
Method
Step 1
Scoop the avocado center and mix in a bowl with sea salt, extra-virgin olive oil and black pepper (optional).
Step 2
Toast the both slices of bread in a pan. Alternatively, you can use a toaster.
Step 3
Add the avocado mash on the bread.
Step 4
Sear the smoked salmon in a pan for 1 minute each side.
Step 5
Add the salmon on top of the avocado mash.
Step 6
Season with extra-virgin olive oil and fresh coriander.
