Raw Strawberry Lime Cheesecake

Here comes the recipe! (These proportions gave me 5 small-medium raw cakes)
Raw Strawberry Lime Cheesecakes
Ingredients:
For the base, mix together:
80-90g dates
100g almonds
60g desiccated coconut
1 tsp coconut oil
Salt and zest of 1 lime
Press this at the bottom of the tins (I use mini metallic tins with no bottoms)
For the creamy part, blend:
200g soaked cashews
150ml almond Milk
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1 lime
80g Coconut cream (the thick part only)
1/2 vanilla pod
100-110g Honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Fill the tins with half of the mixture, insert some cut strawberries and fill the rest of the tin. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Transfer to the fridge 15min or so before eating. Otherwise, keep in the freezer.
Top with strawberries and lime zest
