ingredients
- 1 cup oats, soaked
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup espresso coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 4 pitted and soaked dates
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 5 sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup hazelnut granola (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup coconut whipped cream
Method
Step 1
Blend soaked oats, oat milk, espresso powder, vanilla bean paste, dates, banana, and coconut powder in a high speed blender until smooth.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into three bowls and add more or less cocoa powder to each bowl to make the different shades of chocolate oats.
Step 3
Place each of the chocolate oat bowls in the refrigerator to thicken.
Step 4
Next, arrange two glasses or mason jars. In each glass, layer the different oat mixtures with coconut yogurt, hazelnut granola, chocolate sandwich cookies, and coconut whipped cream.
