ingredients

  • 2 sprigs lightly packed chopped kale leaves
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 1/2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cups frozen pineapple pieces
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoons honey

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients (kale, almond milk, banana, yogurt, pineapple, peanut butter, and honey) in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.
