For the batter I use the following recipe, but you could use any you want:

Mix or blend together in this order: ?300 spelt/rye/buckwheat flour
?500 ml milk of your choice
?1 tsp baking powder
?2 eggs
?50g coconut sugar
?100g melted butter (you could use coconut oil)

Once the batter bubbles/makes little holes on one side, turn it over. .

Ingredients:
300gr or 2 cups spelt/rye/buckwheat flour
500 ml milk of your choice
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
50g coconut sugar
100g melted butter (you could use coconut oil)
Directions:
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Pour batter in thin lines to make a spiderweb design. Once the batter bubbles/makes little holes on one side, turn it over and cook other side.
