1 cup cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, cayenne and pepper, to taste
4 buns or 8 slices of bread
Toppings like watercress, sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, etc.
Combine chickpeas, avocado, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl, and mash with a fork. Add salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
Divide the filling between 4 buns or slices of bread, add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
