Strawberry Banana Chia Parfait

" I am ssoooo excited about this recipe, peeps! I've partnered with @chobani this February to celebrate Red Carpet Month in honor of the various award shows this season! I don't know about you, but I will admit I am a sucker for the red carpet highlights Speaking of highlights, this Strawberry Banana Chia Seed Pudding Parfait is amazing! It's healthy enough to have with breakfast, pretty enough to prepare for brunch, and sweet enough to enjoy as dessert. And sometimes eating pretty food just makes you feel good, you know? "

Ingredients:
1 container @chobani strawberry
1 container @chobani banana
1/4 cup chia seeds (I used white here)
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sliced bananas
Your favorite granola
Parfait glasses, champagne glasses, or wine glasses.

Directions:
In one medium bowl add 1 container of @chobani strawberry +2 TBS chia seeds + 1/4 cup milk. Stir together. Then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

In another medium bowl repeat process: 1 container of @chobani banana + 2TBS chia seeds +1/4 cup milk. Stir together, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. When the chia seed pudding has thickened, start making your parfaits in glass of choice: layer in granola, strawberry pudding, fresh strawberries, granola.
Then the banana pudding, banana slices, and top with more granola. Repeat this process in the remaining glasses.
