Recipe Card

For the Smoothie


  • 1/2 frozen pre-steamed sweet potato
  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup pre-steam frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic cinnamon
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 frozen almond milk cubes

For the Toppings


  • Pumpkin spice granola
  • Sliced bananas
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut macaroon crumbles


  • Step 1

    Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender. Add more almond milk if needed.

  • Step 2

    Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with any or all of the topping options.
