For the Sweet Potatoes


  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • Kosher salt, to taste

For the Lemon Tahini Sauce


  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons hot water, to thin dressing

For the Sweet Potatoes


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400˚F

  • Step 2

    Spread sweet potato wedges out onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with coconut oil and sprinkle with spices to taste. Bake until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.

For the Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • Step 1

    Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Drizzle over prepared fries.
