Baked Carrot Fries

1 lb carrots, sliced

1-2 tbsp avocado oil

himalayan pink salt, to taste

smoked paprika, to taste

2 tbsp cilantro, for garnish

Slice your carrots toss with avocado oil, and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until crisp. Toss with paprika, salt. Garnish with fresh cilantro & serve with maple tahini. 

Maple Tahini

1/2 cup tahini

2 tbsp maple syrup

fresh lemon juice 

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp hot water to thin

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Serve with carrot fries. Enjoy!
