Chimichurri Steak With Pomegrantes

This sweet and savory update on Chimichurri is an endurance athlete's best friend - both the olives and the pomegrantes deliver anti-inflammatory benefits, plus the pomegrantes contain nitrate, which can help delay the onset of fatigue. Add in the steak, the iron in which helps keep red blood cells (which supply oxygen throughout the body) healthy, and you're looking at an excellent - not to mention delicious - recovery dinner.
