- 4 oz. Health-Ade Jalapeno-Kiwi-Cucumber Kombucha
- 1 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. Basil Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 1 lime, sliced
In an ice-filled glass, stir together the kombucha, tequila and syrup to combine. Garnish with lime slices and serve.
For the Basil Simple Syrup
- 1/ 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/ 2 cup water
- 1 small bunch basil
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, water and basil over medium heat. Cook until sugar has dissolved, using the back of a wooden spoon to bruise the basil and infuse. Let cool completely, then strain into a sealable container. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
