ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup, or other liquid sweetener
  • 1/4 cup nut butter, or seed butter, of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons non-dairy milk, as needed
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Method

  • Step 1

    Whisk together pumpkin puree, agave syrup, nut butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add the coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Mix to form a thick dough, adding milk as needed. Fold in chocolate and pecans.

  • Step 2

    Press dough into a rectangle and slice into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer.
