Brownie Stuffed Chocolate Truffles

ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil,, melted
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
Mix the liquid ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and mix well until combined
Step 2
On a pan size 8 * 8 inch, or 9 * 9 inch, put parchment paper, add oil under the parchment paper to set. Then put the brownie mixture.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20 minutes. When done, let it cool completely.
Step 4
Break the brownie into pieces and put them in an electric mixer along with 8 oz cream cheese. Add 1/4 cup crushed almond and mix until combined.
Step 5
Then roll into balls and place them on parchment paper and let them cool in the fridge for an hour.
Step 6
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds while stirring.
Step 7
Dip the brownie balls in the chocolate and place them on parchment paper and let them cool in the fridge again.
Step 8
Finally, decorate with lines and crushed almond.
