"Supper tonight: CARNITAS, one of my favorite meals ever. Pork, roasted long and slow, until it's fall-apart tender. Then served with all kinds of goodies - guac, sour cream, fresh pico, pickled onions, sautéed sweet peppers, cilantro. Blake prefers tortillas. I like it all over rice and crisp chopped romaine. Mmmm, mmmm, good. "
