Sesame Ginger Wings

(1)
"Let's just say you won't have to WING it next time you're cooking up some wings, @anniehomegrown, @thefeedfeed, and I have got you covered with this one. I was so excited to use this Annie's Sesame Ginger Dressing for even more than a salad topper, and trust me, you're going to want to put this dressing on everything. #ad I love when my obsessive reading of ingredient labels on every @WholeFoods aisle turns into a find as good as Annie's Salad Dressing (anyone else like this at the grocery store??). Any brand that prioritizes ingredients is #extratomatoes loved and approved! Find a Whole Foods near you here: http://bit.ly/wf-stores where Annie's Dressings are 2/$6 from 8/12-8/25."

For the Chicken Wings

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons scallions
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

For the Marinade

ingredients

To Marinate the Wings

Method

  • Step 1

Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  • Step 2

Pour out 1/4 cup of the marinade into a plastic container or bag with the wings to marinate. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  • Step 3

Cover the rest of the marinade (~1/2 cup) and put into the refrigerator (this will be your sauce).

Cooking the Wings

  • Step 1

Remove the wings and the sauce from the refrigerator. Place the wings in your air fryer on 350°F for 9 minutes.

  • Step 2

After 9 minutes, flip the wings and cook for an additional 9 minutes. Internal temperature should read 165°F.

  • Step 3

While your wings are cooking, over medium heat and in a small sauce pan heat the remaining wing sauce. Bring to a low simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 4

In large bowl, add wing sauce, scallions, chili oil/paste and sesame seeds. Stir to combine.

  • Step 5

Once the wings are cooked, add to bowl and toss until evenly coated. Garnish with extra scallions and sesame seeds
