ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil of choice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup your favorite mushrooms
- Salt, as needed
- Freshly cracked black pepper, as needed
- 2 slices of sourdough bread or gluten free equivalent, toasted
- 1/4 cup white bean spread or hummus
- Parsley, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Over medium high heat, sear the mushrooms in oil until golden brown with oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Toast bread and top with a generous amount of creamy white bean spread or hummus.
Step 3
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and enjoy!
