INGREDIENTS
Organic tofu, cut into cubes
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
3 drops sesame oil
2 cups pickling vinegar


DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and pour over firm organic tofu cubes. Let soak for a minimum of three hours.

    Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart resealable glass jar and shake to combine. Add in tofu cubes and let soak for a minimum of three hours, maximum three days.
