ingredients
- 1 1/4 pound ground turkey
- 2 minced garlic
- 1 Handful tomato
- 2 ounces frozen spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 Handful red onion
- 1/4 cup feta
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Method
Step 1
Dice tomato, drain on paper towel. Drain spinach well. Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
Step 2
Cook through. Serve with extra red onion, tomato, cucumber slices, lettuce and Tzatziki sauce.
