Peanut Butter and Chia Jam Cups

ingredients
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 jam
Method
Step 1
melt chocolate chips in 30 second intervals in microwave. using silicone cupcake liners, spead a small amount of melted chocolate on the bottom and sides. Place in freezer for 10-15 min.
Step 2
warm the peanut butter slightly, this will make it easier to pour into the cups. Pour small amount of peanut butter into the chocolate filled liners. Freeze again another 10 min.
Step 3
Add a small amount of jelly to the top of the peanut butter. Freeze again another 10 min.
Step 4
Add a final layer of melted chocolate to the top of the cups. Freeze again another 10 min. Store in refrigerator
