"In memory of my grandma, Betty Jean Julson, & in the spirit of family, I'm sharing one of my favorite childhood recipes today: Fireman's Pasta. A delicious pot of penne pasta smothered in fresh wilted spinach, garlic, browned Italian sausage, fire roasted tomatoes, olives, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers, and white wine. Topped with a splash of hot sauce & Parmesan cheese. A warm skillet of pure comfort and childhood bliss.
