"Happy weekend! We're testing out new ways to eat hummus (yum!). Load it up and it quickly transforms from a snack to a meal. Chickpeas (the main ingredient in hummus) are a great source of protein, and when eaten with a grain (say, a whole grain pita), they form a complete protein (where all 9 essential amino acids are present in adequate amounts)."
