"Today was meatless Monday for me, so I made pizza. It was a last minute dinner plan as I wasn't able to go grocery shopping today. That's when I remembered I had pizza dough in the freezer and had just picked a bunch of fresh vegetables from my neighbor's garden. So, pizza it was, with a giant salad as a side. All the toppings(minus the cheese)were straight from the garden. I soaked the bell pepper and zucchini in balsamic vinegar, then piled on the salt and pepper along with those delicious tomato slices. I then added some fresh oregano and basil from the garden. It had all the tastes of summer and it was oh so delicious. "
