ingredients

  • 1 medium beet, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup milk (unsweetened almond milk is recommended
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional
  • 1/2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to high-speed blender, process until smooth. Top with cacao nibs.
