i’m always up to trying something new, and this week it happens to be scrambled oatmeal pancakes 🌾🥞
key to bigger chunks is to let it cook for a bit before stirring- keeping this in mind for next time!

ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Simply mix everything together.
Step 2
Add a bit of butter/coconut oil on pan then pour everything into the pan.
Step 3
Let it cook a bit to make bigger chunks then stir/flip. Cook until a bit toasted.
