ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 lemon, zested
- A few drops of stevia, to sweeten (if desired)
- 1 cup Annie’s Homegrown Organic Honey Bunny Grahams
- 1 cup blueberries, divided
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, divided
Method
Step 1
Place the yogurt and lemon zest in a small mixing bowl. Sweeten with a few drops of stevia, if desired. Mix ingredients well.
Step 2
Divide 1/3 of the Bunny Grahams between two serving jars. Layer next with 1/2 of yogurt mixture, again dividing it between the two serving jars. Layer next with 1/2 of the blueberries and 1/2 of strawberries, dividing evenly between the serving jars.
Step 3
Repeat step two, dividing all ingredients evenly between the two serving jars.
Step 4
Top the dessert with the last 1/3 of Bunny Grahams and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
