Teriyaki Stir Fry Noodle 4-6 oz of buckwheat noodles or any of your choice  1 1/2 cups of chopped carrots 1 cup of chopped purple broccoli  2 red hot peppers  3-4 chopped green onions 4-6 garlic cloves 1 cup of finely chopped kale 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil or 3 tbsp of water 2 tbsp of Aminos or soy sauce 2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar  1 thumb of ginger or 2 tsp of ginger powder 1-2 tsp of agave syrup 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice  1 tsp of black pepper  A dash of black sesame seeds Directions 1) Start cooking some water to cook your noodles (in a pot), once it starts boiling add your noodles. 2) As the water boils, chop your veggies however you'd like. 3) On the frying pan add your oil, your carrots and broccoli. Saute for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. 4) Add your chopped hot peppers, green onions and saute for 3 min or so.  5) Add your seasonings/liquids and saute for another 3-5 minutes then add your garlic.  6) The noodles should be ready to add to the frying pan and mix thoroughly.  7) Turn off heat and add your chopped kale, sesame seeds, and lemon juice. Mix well. Enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
