"Pineapple Chia Parfait,?(Recipe down below) Hope everyone is having a blessed?time today and I made this Chia parfait for my friend Dee?@greensmoothiegourmet. She is celebrating ????a milestone of 60k #gsg60k and even though I already entered this celebration. ? I wanted to enter properly with a Pineapple?Coconut?Chia Parfait. Dee is very supportive and encourages many of us here in this community. I’ve introduced her before and if you don’t know her head on over to her account and feast with your eyes. I’ve been meaning to finish up my blog, but some complications came by. Maybe with the help of Dee I can accomplish my blog before I start school again. Make sure to also check out her smiling blog.
Ingredients
3 tbsp of chia seeds @salbachia
Half a cup of homemade coconut milk
1 tsp of maple syrup
1/3 of a cup of frozen pineapple
6-8 pieces of freeze dried pineapple chunks by @crunchiesfood
Directions
1)Soak chia seeds over night with any vegan milk and maple syrup.
2)Using a food processor puree the frozen pineapple.
3)Layer and add the freeze dried pineapple for that extra crunch. Check them out if you need some do their products.

INGREDIENTS
