  • Step 1

    Add diced onion and pepper to a skillet along with olive oil on medium heat for 6-8 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Stir in Redgoldtomatoes Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Love Diced Tomatoes + Green Chiles. Reduce heat, add cumin, paprika, garlic, and chili powder then stir.

  • Step 3

    Make 3 wells in the sauce. Crack the eggs inside each well. Season tops of eggs with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Cook covered for 5-8 min until eggs are set.

  • Step 5

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with your favorite toppings and serve with bread.
