ingredients

  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • Sea salt, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350℉.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, except for the chocolate chips and sea salt. Next, fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Step 3

    Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of batter and place onto the tray. Bake for 11-15 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
