ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375° and line baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Cream together butter, sugars, egg & vanilla.

  • Step 3

    Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder & hot chocolate mix until well combined. Then, mix in the mini marshmallows & chocolate chips.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 8 mins, enjoy.
