Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas with a Lemon Tahini Dressing

(1)
""i am super excited to be partnering up with @thefeedfeed and @annieshomegrown to show you one of my favorite ways to ~dress things up~ in the kitchen using Annie's dressing! #ad roasted veggies are literally one of the easiest things to cook- they are great for meal prep, but also make for a really simple yet tasty side dish especially when they are fresh out of the oven. i added Annie's organic goddess dressing to this pan of roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, and it was an absolute GAME CHANGER. creamy, lemony, flavorful GOODNESS that turned my super simple roasted veggies into a dish that i would be more than proud to serve to a whole crowd. i used to think dressings were only used on salads, but i was seriously missing out on so many other ways i can dress up my food. Annie's dressings are so delicious and versatile, and i found them at my local @WholeFoods, which is where i find a lot of my favorite novelty items. right now, Annie's is running a promotion 2/$6 at Whole Foods from 8/12-8/25, so it's definitely a good time to stock up! you will be able to find my recipe for this roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with a lemon tahini dressing on @thefeedfeed's website! #dressingitup #feedfeed #wholefoods #annieshomegrown ""
