1 mango, peeled and cubed
2 passion fruits, cubed
Lemon and Lime Juice
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
A Handful of red currants
Maple Syrup and Vanilla Powder, to taste
1. Blend mango with passion fruits and season to taste with a dash of lime or lemon juice.
2.Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
3. Mix in the coconut yogurt and red currants.
4. Season to taste with some maple syrup and vanilla powder and layer it on the mango puree.
5. Let the popsicles freeze for some hours.
