Purple Cauliflower Hummus

Yield: Serves or Makes 1 cup
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 2-3 cups purple cauliflower florets
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 onion, chopped and minced
- 3 minced garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garnish with olive oil, fresh thyme and parsley, chili flakes, and hemp hearts
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until creamy.
Garnish with olive oil, fresh thyme and parsley, chili flakes, and hemp hearts.
Serve with a side of baked naan, @simplyorganicfoods turmeric and Italian seasoning.
