Mushroom Soup

"I had a bit of a shitty morning this morning. My car tyre had a puncture and instead of spending my day at the farm I ended up spending it at the garage! Grr! So I came home and made myself a yummy Mushroom Soup with a side of crusty sourdough for lunch. The perfect meal for a rainy, not so in my favour day.
